Companies are being encouraged to align their corporate bursary spending with South Africa’s most pressing ICT needs through CTU Training Solutions’ Corporate Bursary Partnership programme, which enables levy funding to support critical training in cloud computing, cybersecurity, business management, and project management.
CTU, with 12 campuses nationwide, offers accessible, tech-focused training designed in collaboration with corporates and other stakeholders to build a pipeline of job-ready professionals while helping employers meet B‑BBEE, skills development, and workplace skills plan commitments.
Starting November 2025, new admissions open for high-demand programmes including an Occupational Certificate in Cloud Administration (NQF Level 4), Cybersecurity Analyst (NQF Level 5), Higher Certificate in Management (NQF Level 5, part-time), and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management (NQF Level 7, part-time).
Beyond meeting compliance, the initiative helps reduce unemployment and advance social mobility by creating educational access and fostering tech-sector growth. Employers are invited to allocate their 2025/26 bursary budgets now and consult directly with CTU to align investment with long-term skills and economic impact.
