Interpath and Anthesis have formed a strategic alliance to help finance leaders connect environmental, social and governance goals with measurable business improvement. Announced on 3 September 2025, the partnership targets CFOs and CSOs seeking end-to-end support that ties sustainable performance to financial results.

Anthesis brings a team of more than 1,400 specialists across 22+ countries, covering voluntary carbon markets, complex regulatory requirements, ESG reporting and disclosure, communications, and value-chain transformation—integrating sustainability as a strand of growth strategy.

Interpath works with CFOs and sustainability leaders to fully cost projects and initiatives, with expertise in working capital, commercial strategy and reporting. The alliance will fold Anthesis’ sustainability propositions into Interpath’s advisory services to deliver integrated environmental, social and business outcomes.

Interpath’s value-creation lead described the tie-up as meeting a clear market need for end-to-end support that links sustainable performance with financial improvement, while Anthesis’ CEO framed the alliance as combining sustainability with reputational, commercial and operational performance to drive real-world impact.

Anthesis notes recent industry recognition, including Private Equity Wire’s European “Advisory Firm of the Year” (2025) and Real Deals’ “Consultancy of the Year” (2024). Interpath employs nearly 1,000 people across 29 locations, spanning the UK, Ireland, Europe, Hong Kong and select offshore centres.

Both firms position the alliance as a route to align ESG ambition with value creation—linking strategy, disclosure and transformation with finance-grade delivery.
