Johannesburg | 1-year contract (with possibility of extension)
MAMAS Alliance, part of Kinderfonds MAMAS, is seeking a Communications Officer to strengthen its visibility and impact across South Africa and beyond. Working closely with colleagues in Johannesburg and the Netherlands, you will shape the organisation’s digital presence, media engagement, fundraising communications, and internal messaging.
This role offers the opportunity to tell powerful stories of change from a network of 34 grassroots NGOs that support vulnerable children and young people. You will be responsible for producing high-quality content across platforms, building media relationships, supporting fundraising campaigns, and ensuring consistent, engaging communication with stakeholders.
We are looking for a candidate with strong writing skills, digital and media experience, and a commitment to social impact.
